Biography: Mehmet Koseoglu received his B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey, all in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2004, 2007 and 2013, respectively. From 2004 to 2006, he worked as a software engineer for Aselsan Inc., Ankara, Turkey. During 2007-2013, he was a research and teaching assistant at the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Bilkent University. He currently works as an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey. He was a visiting faculty in NESL from October 2017 to July 2018.
