[Sos-user] pysos and pysoscc

Thanks to the Enalab at Yale and the work of Thiago Teixeira and
Neeraj Singh we now included pysos into the main SOS distribution.
Additionally, we added the pysoscc GUI. Both can be found in trunk.
The only change you need to make to your system is to add the
following to your environmental variables (for Bash environments):
export PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH:$SOSROOT/tools/utils/
The most convenient place to put this is probably in your .bashrc
file. Next, you can find the pysoscc in $SOSROOT/tools/pysoscc.
