  • HCL Technology (Cisco ODC) ( Jan 2002 - Aug 2003 ) - Worked on network management tools using SNMP.
  • Cisco Systems ( July 2006 - Aug 2008 ) - Worked on Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM). CUCM is the central call processing component of Cisco's VoIP solution.
